What to check

Review retention, deletion and export settings. Disable unnecessary location sharing and avoid posting identifiable routes publicly. Check the provider’s privacy information for hosting, recipients and support access rather than assuming every tracker handles data in the same way.

Before you rely on it

When monitoring another person or a shared vehicle, establish permission and consider the law that applies locally. Tracking must not become covert surveillance. For workplace, family or disputed situations, obtain qualified advice rather than relying on a general buying guide.
